Indulge in an exclusive cocktail party experience featuring expertly crafted cocktail mixers from our bar team. You can also supplement with your favorite beer, wine, boozy seltzers, soju, sake, etc., and we’ll handle the rest.


Eat what you like.

Order from your favorite spot, explore a nearby restaurant, hire a caterer, or organize a potluck. You have the option to bring your own food. We take care of all your food and drink setup and cleanup.

Enjoy a fully private space perfect for your event. Comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests for a lively mingle or 16 guests for a seated gathering, and truly make the space your own.

Please note that we can only guarantee availability once a 50% refundable deposit is received.

Additional Options

  • If your event runs over the designated time frame or you would like to extend your event, you can do so in hour increments at the rate of $250 per hour or $125 per half hour.

    Barlette can be rented by the hour with a two-hour minimum. Hourly rentals can serve beer, wine, champagne, and/or canned cocktails only. We do not provide cocktail service (eg: chilled glassware, ice, garnishes, mix-ins) for hourly rentals.

  • You can add additional mixers or request custom mixers—just let us know during the booking process.

  • Our friends at Sorriso Bottle and Wine shop will hand-pick and hand-deliver quality spirits, wine, and beer—just let us know and we'll handle the rest.

Mixers

HOW IT WORKs

We’ll work with you to select mixers from our seasonal mixer menu leading up to your event.


You’ll bring a few bottles of your favorite base spirits (and maybe encourage guests to bring some, too).


Order a drink at the bar, and our barkeeper will provide the set-up. You’ll pour and mix your favorite spirits to craft the perfect cocktail.

Bottles & Quantities

Our mixers call for 2 oz of base spirit or can be enjoyed spirit-free.

  • For a two-hour party, we recommend 3 standard-sized (750ml) bottles of your preferred spirit or various spirits.

  • For longer parties, we recommend 5 standard-sized (750ml) bottles of your preferred spirit or various spirits.

Base spirits like brandy, gin, rum, tequila, vodka, and whiskey work best with our flexible cocktail mixers. You can supplement your evening with wine, beer, bubbles, sake, soju, seltzers, etc.

Policies & FAQs

  • Due to the nature of our BYOB permit, our bar staff cannot touch, taste, or pour your alcohol (even though we like doing those things).

  • The bar staff at Barlette is TIPS® certified to ensure responsible alcohol consumption. We ask all guests to keep their drinks visible to our bartenders. Guests who appear intoxicated will not be served.

    No drinking games are allowed, and binge drinking (more than five alcoholic beverages in 2 to 3 hours) is strictly prohibited. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our guests. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a responsible drinking environment.

  • As your event comes to a close, we have a "last call" policy for alcoholic beverages. This means that 30 minutes before the end of your event, all spirits will be moved to the back bar for safekeeping. This ensures a smooth and responsible conclusion to your evening.

  • Mixers must be pre-ordered from our seasonal mixer menu. Custom mixers are available for an additional fee.

  • Guests are encouraged to order from a nearby restaurant or bring pre-prepared items. Please note that we are unable to reheat any dishes.

    Hosts can arrive 30 minutes before the event. Food can be brought in at that time or shortly after the party starts. We will transfer the food onto our serving dishes as needed. Any remaining food will be packed for you at the end of the party.

    Popular food options like sushi, pizza, and dumplings are available for pick-up or delivery within a mile of Barlette. Recommendations from the neighborhood include:

  • If you are enjoying your event or if it runs over the scheduled time, you can extend it hour intervals at a rate of $250 per hour or $125 per half hour. We'll add this time to your final invoice, so you don't need to worry about busting out your wallet mid-party.

  • To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required. If you cancel up to 14 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of the deposit. However, if you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled date, no refund will be issued. Dates cannot be transferred.

    Please note that we cannot guarantee availability until a deposit is received. Due to daily inquiries, it is challenging to keep up with changes in availability. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Gratuity is optional and can be paid via Perfect Venue when settling your remaining balance, in cash after your event, or through Venmo (@drinkatbarlette) at your convenience. Our bar staff receives 100% of all gratuities.

  • Hosts can arrive 30 minutes early to set up their bottles and food. Please inform us beforehand.

  • For those after-party needs, hosts can store their alcohol for safekeeping and retrieve it later.

  • You'll receive an automated email 24 hours after your event. We kindly ask that you settle any outstanding balances within 48 hours of your event. If payment isn't received within this timeframe, we'll use the card on file to charge the remaining balance.
